Baron (fna Titan)

September 2009: An update on the website would be great. It has been exactly one year and it feels just like yesterday that he came home. He has gained the weight he needed and has developed a lot more confidence in himself. Although he is still a little extra protective of us and his territory occasionally........ he has learned to temper his responses down to a level that is much more consistent with normal GSD behavior. I can see everyday how far he has come and how he has blossomed into the dog he was meant to be. After losing Max, he has helped us heal and I know Max would be very proud to have had Barron as his brother. Don't get me wrong he is still a "juvenile" with some of his behaviors and needs to be reminded of his manners sometimes but we couldn't have asked for a more loving addition to our family. I will always promote the great job the rescue does in finding these dogs a forever home and know we will always look there when adding to our family.

P.S. The toy is pink only because I had to buy out Walgreens of all they had at Christmas time..... they squeak and are the only ones that he will not get ripped open in less than 2 seconds....lol He practically beams when he sees a new one and I swear he smiles. They are his favorite toy ever............. and to think last year at this time he did not know how to play with a toy. Take care,

Kim
