Eddie has fit right into our family.  He is such a sweetheart.  We (I'm the mama writing this) take some nice walks in the morning or at night, depending on the weather, and I'm really looking forward to long summer walks.  We're easing into walking WITH the kids. This past weekend I took him for a walk and Lucy rode her bike.  He was great.  It took him a bit to learn to walk correctly, of course. 

Eddie loves to play hide and seek with me outside...I run and hide behind a tree and he scares me when he runs around and finds me.  He's my new little buddy, and we love hanging out!  He is great with the kids, but still occasionally jumps on them (because he IS a puppy!)  But he is pretty good about not doing it, and the kids are good about not provoking it, and we're good at knowing when to keep them apart! 

As you can see from the pictures, Ed thinks he's a lap dog, and also thinks he's a mountain dog and our table, I suppose, is a mountain.  He actually goes on our table a lot if we don't watch him. 

We couldn't have asked for a better dog.  He's perfect for our family.  I can't explain how much I love Eddie!!!  Thank you so much for the help and the care you give to all of these animals.  We love him!
