Hello Carole,
We (Ryan and Danyelle) adopted Lola (Uma) in the end of October 2009. She has been a wonderful addition to our home. She loves going on walks and loves to greet all of the dogs that we run in too. She has fit right in with her "cousins" Henry, Buddy, Sadie, and Fritz (Fritz is the GSD in a few of the pictures with her). Fritz and her spend the most time together.
Fritz loves to fetch his kong and Lola will grab on to the back of his fur or his tail and take a ride. Suprisingly, Fritz doesn't mind at all!
She is a little skitish of loud noises and the vaccumm, but she is fearless of the lawn mower, which is a little odd. I remembered that you said that Uma was one of your favorites from her litter and she is definitely ours too. She is so special and we are so fortuante to have her with us. I will try to send you some more pictures if you are interested as she gets bigger.
Right now she is about 55lbs. and we are thinking she may be part chicken at times! I attached some of my favorites, it was hard to pick because we have taken so many! Thank you for helping us pick out such a wonderful dog! Thank you!
