Hi Kyra, Bell is doing fine. Actually I added an "a" to her name so she is Bella. She fell asleep after about 10 minutes on the drive home. She is adjusting and is learning to ring the bell to go outside. She rang the bell this morning on her own and sure enough she had to go out and peed. It took about 10 minutes to teach her to sit when she comes to me, rather than jump up. You must have worked with her some. She doesn't like the crate which is not surprizing, she cries for about 15 minutes then settles down for 15 than cries again. I let her out when she is not crying. She is only in there at night. However the first night she slept with me, I didn't want the separation to cause too much anxiety. But we are working on the crate, a little at a time. Yesterday she slept a lot, but today she is a little ball of fire, into everything as you can imagine. Lots of things to explore. She has lots of toys, hopefully to avoid chewing on other things, and I pick them up when she is bored with them so she can find them again, and they seem new to her. She is a lovely little girl and I thank you and the rescue team for the work you do. I haven't heard from Mary yet, but this is only the second day. That is the news for now, no pics yet, haven't had a chance to take any but when I do I will send them. Thanks again Millie & Bella |
