Hi! My name is Shadow.
This is Shadow. He is a neutered, 2 year old black and cream male. He is new to rescue but what I can tell you is that he is a really good boy. He is great with people and other dogs. He came into his foster home and within 20 minutes was playing tug of war with his foster sister. He LOVES to play but he knows how to settle when told.
We were told he lived with a cat and was good with it. We have found in his foster home though that he chases cats a little too intensively. So he would be best in a home without cats.
Shadow was surrendered by his owner to an animal shelter and had never socialized him to anything outside his home. In rescue though, he is making great strides. In fact, you only have to show him something once and he is fine with it. He rides very nicely in the car. He has been going for walks every day in his foster home and loves it. Shadow is very respectful on the leash but going to classes with him would also be great for the bonding process. He knows sit, stay, down, NO, come and is housebroken.
