Mazie
June 2009 Update:
Hi Rachel,
The kids thought I was nuts when I said that Mazie received an e-mail!
So, yes our Crazy Mazie is doing well. She is cratelessly the Queen of the house. If there is a bedroom door left open, that is her bed of the day! She loves to jump with front paws and wake us up!! If that doesn't work...a jump on the bed will do it!
Mazie has settled down from when we first saw her with you and from the time we brought her home.
But she does most certainly get her wild times, which the boys sometimes bring on. Mazie likes to play ball, she fetches it and brings it back to you.
Her counter surfing has settled down due to corrective behavior and extra caution by us.
She gets upset when someone is on her couch, or is walking down her sidewalk.
Mazie is very protective over the yard and who enters, but my oldest son has her under control with that.
Mazie ripped the dogrun out of the house shortly after she came home, so I went to the hardware store and got some heavy chain and wrapped and securred it around a tree, thinking she won't move the tree, and that has been good.
I took 2 pics Sunday the 14th, and the others are since we got her, showing you her Highness.
