I have been at my new home now
for just over a week. For awhile, I missed my GSRAW
foster parents, Cheryl and Michael. I felt a bit
lost without them. Everything was new and different
the first couple of days, but with the help of Rita
(my new Siberian Husky friend), I started learning
how things work here and what my new boundaries
are. I think I’m going to like it here!
One of the things I really like is the
daily walks. You never know what animals will run across
the road ahead of you or what you might find along the
roadside. Another fun thing was at the end of my first
week, my new family had an “Opie party” where I met a lot of
new people. I kept hearing things like, “What a sweetie,”
“He is wonderful”, “You are lucky to have found him.” So,
thank you Cheryl, Michael, and GSRAW for helping me find my
forever home!! I will always remember what you did for me.
Thank you so much!
Love always,
Opie
PS: Thank you, GSRAW, and especially
Cheryl and Michael, for giving us a chance to find Opie!
Chris, Jim, and Rita
