Christmas 2006
She is a very loving and protective dog. I have never had such a smart
dog in my life. She is very intuitive. Darcy has lots of space to run as
I live 1/4 mile off the road. She has a beagle companion and a feline
friend. Notice in the Christmas tree picture her feline friend Sadie is
under the tree. Darcy is a treasure! I am blessed that I have her. Ann

Well, I am sure everyone is wondering how I am settling into my forever home, but I have been too busy to write. I realize I need to let everyone know that life is great. My mom and her father in law treat me like a queen. They live on 18 acres and I get to go outside without a leash, play in the snow and chase balls. How great is that!?! I have the most awesome dog bed (I like the futon too) and the best is Maxine. She is a wonderful beagle and she is showing me the ropes here. I know we are going to be best friends. I still get a little stressed when my mom goes to work, but when she comes home, I am so happy that I sing and give her lots of doggy licks. I have met the neighbor dog and we played in the snow for awhile. I love to met new people just as long as my mom is there and I am learning to even stay in the outside kennel. I know I don't have to stay in there for long. I have Maxine in with me, so everything is ok. I just sleep in the dog house. I am so happy here, sometimes I stress out as I keep thinking that it is to good to be true. But it is, it is. Lots of Love, Darcy.
