Christmas morning - where are my presents?
I'm SO happy that the holidays are finally over!

What a wild ride Miss Hanna has had!  Hanna was originally an owner surrender.  She was placed with a family, but unfortunately they had family issues come up and could not keep her.  She was in foster care for a while where she got along well with everyone (Mom and 3 GSD brothers) and was a model dog.  She was adopted out for a second time, but there were issues again.  She was not settling in like we thought she would.  Another of our members that lives close to that adopter picked her up and took her home to stay with her and her family until we found yet another family....

Well....  it appears that all of this time Hanna was working on picking out HER family - not us looking for a family for her like we thought.  Hanna quickly captured the hearts of her whole foster family!  Tonight I got the email that I was hoping for.  Hanna's new foster home will be her Forever Home.  Hanna has all of the boys wrapped around her paw already.  She's got her work cut out for her too!  Hanna and Mom are the only two girls in the family now!  Hanna also has 2 human brothers, a human Dad, one GSD brother and two Aussie brothers.  A BIG, HAPPY family!!!

Today Hanna went to the vet and found out she had a very nasty ear infection.  She is now on meds and should be good as new in no time.
Here's something that Debbie (Mom) sent about making their decision:

As for Hanna, even though she is still in a lot of pain, Carl and I sat her down and told her she is gonna live here and have a family again, her tail was waggin back and forth so fast I could of had her dust my furniture off with it, so I think she understood and may have even heard the word home, and she's also very Happy about staying here. Like I think I told ya before, she prances around this house like a True Princess in her castle, and the doggie boys all know that she is gonna keep them in line.
