This is May. Isn't she gorgeous??? If you check the site often, you may be thinking "But I never saw HER on the Available Dogs page!" That's because she was never ON the Available Dogs page. May is a great example of why it's such a good idea to apply for adoption, even if you don't see a dog you're interested in on the Available page. May's new family had applied and been approved with GSRAW before they saw a dog they liked. When we got May, our adoption coordinator called them to tell them that she might be a match. The came and met her, fell in love with her and took her home! Applying and getting approved can really help in getting the dog you want when it becomes available, because you've already done all the paperwork!! We will have updates on how May is doing in her new home soon!
