I just wanted to give you an update on Mia. She is everything you said about her. She is a wonderful dog that has attached herself to Jackie and I. She has learned to bark especially at Andrew (my son) and the neighbor boys. They are trying really hard to make friends with her (with dog treats) but I don't think she has been around children. Mia has been excellent with other dogs as she plays hard with Murphy (son & daughter-in-laws dog) and 2 other dogs we dog sat for. She even walks the neighborhood with me every night and can care less about the other dogs in the neighborhood. She does have a very high drive to chase cats. We can always tell when she saw a cat because Mia runs from window to window trying to find the cat.
I'll send you some pictures when I get my other computer working but I just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying her.
